Electrical Installer Opportunity
MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CT! E2 or E1 - JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER ELECTRICAL LICENSE Alternative schedules available:
- Four 10 hour shifts a week
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Wednesday - Sunday
- 11am - 8pm, 12pm - 9pm
- Nights & Weekends, etc.

Job Responsibilities
- Electrical System Installation – Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
- System Inspections & Testing – Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
- Customer Interaction – Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates
- Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes
- Service Calls & Estimates – Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work
- Documentation – Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used
- Safety Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service
- Customer Service – Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset
Qualifications
- Experience – 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
- Licensing – Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
- Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements
- Service Software – Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
- Communication Skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers
- Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Customer-Focused – Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Driver's License – Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
