Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations at two hospital sites with a combined total of 65 beds. This contract role requires a flexible start time between 6am and 9am with a schedule that includes working every 4th weekend. The assignment is set to begin ASAP for a duration of 14 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication dispensing
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, including managing clean room operations to maintain compliance and sterility
- Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff to optimize pharmaceutical care and support patient treatments
- Utilize EPIC electronic health records to track medication orders and documentation efficiently across both hospital locations
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current pharmacist license in Ohio is required
- Experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy practice within a hospital setting
- Strong skills in supervising pharmacy techs and managing sterile environments
- Effective communication abilities to work confidently and collaboratively with healthcare teams

Locations:
- Mansfield, Ohio (covering two hospital sites: 25-bed and 40-bed capacities)
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- Scheduled to work every 4th weekend
