Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. Maki is not an automated decision-making tool. Rather, it is a tool that uses an AI-created avatar to present to you a set of multiple-choice questions. The assessment calculates your total score based on predefined point values provided by our H&M team.
