Responsibilities

Mail & Package Services (Initial Focus)

• Efficiently receive, sort, log, and deliver all incoming mail and time-sensitive materials.
• Process, track, and manifest all inbound and outbound courier packages (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
• Perform regular mail runs throughout the facility floors to ensure prompt delivery to various corporate departments.
• Maintain strict data logs and track all mailroom activity for accurate monthly client reporting.

Print & Production Services (Cross-Training Phase)

• Review incoming digital client files to ensure they are formatted and ready for high-volume production printing.
• Operate advanced production printers to output professional-grade corporate documents.
• Perform full-service document finishing, including punching, binding, hand-assembling, sorting, and laminating.
• Conduct strict pre-delivery quality control checks on all completed print orders to guarantee zero defects.

The essential functions of this role include:
