What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments for diverse surgical cases
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Manage airway and monitor intraoperative stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR
• Travel occasionally between multiple outpatient facilities as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license, NBCRNA certification, ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum current CRNA experience, preferably in outpatient surgery
• Ability to manage anesthesia for all age groups, ASA classifications including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• No recent lapses in certification or license
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
