Foundation Foreman

$35–$40/hr | Direct Hire | 50%+ Travel

WorkSolved Staffing is hiring a Foundation Foreman for a well-established local concrete company. This is a direct-hire position with consistent, year-round work and strong growth potential.

The Foundation Foreman will lead a crew of 3–5 employees on agricultural and commercial concrete foundation projects throughout Michigan. This is a hands-on working foreman role responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and crew leadership in the field.

• Lead and work alongside a concrete foundation crew
• Perform daily safety, quality, and production checks
• Read and interpret blueprints; perform layout
• Supervise footing forms, wall forms (Symons), and bolt templates
• Lead concrete pours and coordinate deliveries and pumps
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce PPE requirements
• Keep crew productive, organized, and on schedule
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needs
• Complete timekeeping and communicate with management
• Train and mentor crew members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience (foundations preferred)
• 4+ years in a foreman or lead role
• Experience with Symons form systems
• Ability to read plans and direct concrete placement
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL A or willingness to obtain (preferred)
• OSHA and First Aid certifications a plus

• $35–$40 per hour (based on experience)
