Foster Youth Peer Outreach Advocate

County of Santa Clara seeks a Youth Engagement Specialist to provide peer-to-peer outreach and support to emancipated foster youth at the Hub Youth Center in San Jose. The role partners with Bill Wilson Center to coordinate services for youth ages 15-25 and supports program operations of the Center. The position requires lived experience in foster care and at least six months of outreach/peer-support experience, with on-site work Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr County of Santa Clara
