Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a hospital setting in Tuba City, AZ. This opportunity serves a broad referral area and supports both inpatient and outpatient care. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing occupational therapy in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings preferred. Experience with discharge planning, ADL retraining, and assistive device assessment preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience serving diverse populations, including Native American communities, preferred. Experience with electronic medical records and documentation in acute care preferred. Assignment Details Monday - Friday. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
