You are enthusiastic about the product and presentation of your store, staying up to date on trends, and educating your team to do the same. What You’ll be Doing Inspire The Customer Connection: Inspire the team with integrity and drive, fostering a culture centered on customer relationships, operational excellence, and flawless delivery of both. Dedicate time to develop internal talent by assessing associates’ strengths and opportunities, motivating new levels of greatness through coaching. Lead Talent Discovery: Seek out and network with exceptional external talent, building succession plans for leadership roles within the store. Hire individuals passionate about creating top‑notch customer experiences driven by attentiveness to service and determination to sell. Own Retail Operations: Manage day‑to‑day store operations from pricing to shipment processing to inventory. Leverage store standards and staffing decisions to keep the team equipped for exceptional service. Leverage Insights to Deliver Results: Take ownership of goals and use business analysis and observations to refine strategies, enhance results, and align operational efforts for success. Preferred Qualifications & Education High School Diploma or GED. 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred. Ability to build constructive relationships within store teams. Skill in setting objectives and organizing work to exceed goals. Strong leadership, motivation, and positive communication with associates at all levels. Experience training, coaching, and developing associates. Independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed. Problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis skills. Proven ability to lead general retail practices and procedures. Flexible schedule willing to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to shoulder height safely. Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
