Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Assist in the monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate on the preparation of monthly filings and support the annual financial statement audits.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Perform a variety of journal entries, reconciliations, and other daily accounting tasks in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts including the preparation of monthly journal entries, schedules, and analyses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (SAP is a plus) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Starting Annual Salary Range:

$65,000—$70,000 USD
