Job Description
As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.
- Training crew members in operational and service behaviors
- Supervising crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our guests
- Executing cost control systems
- Having a "Can-Do" attitude when working as part of the team

Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and most importantly, the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment are also a must.
