Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.Bally's Intralot is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the development, management, and execution of content initiatives across digital, retail, and promotional channels. This role will help ensure that marketing and informational content is accurate, engaging, on-brand, and aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements in Idaho.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in content planning, copy editing, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays a key role in supporting brand consistency, customer engagement, and promotional effectiveness. Office-based or hybrid role in Boise, Idaho, depending on business needs. May require occasional travel within the state or to company locations.Education, Training, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in content coordination, marketing, communications, or a related roleExcellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesFamiliarity with digital content platforms, content management systems, and marketing toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracyAbility to manage deadlines tied to campaign launches, promotions, and operational updatesExperience in regulated industries, gaming, lottery, or sports betting is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the creation, review, and distribution of content across web, email, social, retail, and promotional platformsAssist with drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting marketing and operational contentMaintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and updatesCollaborate with marketing, compliance, operations, product, and external partners to gather content needs and approvalsEnsure all content aligns with Bally's Intralot brand standards, tone, and messaging guidelinesReview content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and compliance with applicable gaming regulations and company policiesSupport promotional launches, product updates, and player communications with clear and effective messagingOrganize and maintain digital content assets, templates, and documentationWork with designers to define web and mobile app design requirements.Monitor content performance and assist in compiling reports and recommendations for optimizationHelp manage website and CMS updates as neededCoordinate revisions based on stakeholder feedback and changing business prioritiesPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of brand voice and content best practices across multiple channelsExperience with email marketing platforms, website updates, and social media coordinationBasic knowledge of SEO and digital content optimizationAbility to interpret feedback and adapt content accordinglyComfortable working within approval workflows and compliance standardsMust possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility – no sponsorship for employment is available for this position.Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Bally's Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment.
