Clinical Director

Clinical DirectorGulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Director opportunity at an established residential facility near Soderville, MN. The Clinical Director is responsible for directing and supervising the management of clinical programming and directly related activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential setting pricing treatment to families and adolescents who are victims of trauma.Clinical Director Responsibilities:Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coachingEnsure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the fieldDirects the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & modelsParticipates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical areaClinical Director Qualifications:Master's Degree in a related discipline required5+ years of experience in a related field3+ years of supervisory experienceLICSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent level of licensure requiredClinical Director Details:Competitive Salary ($115k+ Starting)Annual BonusFull Benefits/401k MatchFive Weeks PTO in year onePlease email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io to be considered.
