Join Our Team as a Lab Technician on 2nd Shift!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Decatur, IL. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional laboratory environment. Position Details:

Hours: 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm
Pay Rate: $21.42/hour
Location: Decatur, IL

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze process and finished product samples using instrumental and wet chemistry procedures.
Record results using computerized data systems.
Complete training on one of the four analytical aisles in the QC laboratory.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and perform safety audits and engagements regularly.
Demonstrate proficiency in math and computer skills to perform lab testing and data recording.
Adhere to cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by quality department management.

Qualifications:

High school level math skills.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Lab experience is a plus, but not required.
Completion of a college science lab is preferred, though experience in a fast-paced field will also be considered.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a 24/7/365 work schedule.
