Recovery Advocate & Peer Support Coach

Elevate CCBHC is seeking a Peer Support Specialist in Waterloo, IA to assist clients with recovery and community integration. This role emphasizes strength-based, trauma-informed care and advocacy, supporting drop-in sessions and Strive Recovery activities on weekends. Primary duties include modeling wellness, guiding self-advocacy, and linking clients to resources.
