Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (Enterprise / Onsite)

Location: Las Vegas, NV – Fully Onsite

Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm M-F

Role Overview

We are seeking an onsite Desktop Support Technicia n to provide hands-on technical support at an enterprise client location in Las Vegas, NV. This role supports end users, executives, and shared infrastructure across multiple sites. The technician will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage tickets, maintain network closets and A/V systems, and deliver high-touch customer service. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent problem-solving.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and enterprise software
\n
• Deliver white-glove/executive suppor t for senior leadership and VIP users
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
\n
• Support and maintain A/V and conference room technology
\n
• Maintain and organize network closets and structured cabling
\n
• Manage and resolve tickets in ServiceNo w within SLA timelines
\n
• Support device provisioning and management through Microsoft Intune
\n
• Track, document, and communicate issues, resolutions, and trends
\n
• Recommend hardware and technical improvements to enhance performance
\n
• Collaborate with IT teams, managers, and vendors across multiple sites
\n
• Provide feedback for continuous service and process improvement
\n
• Support multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
\n
• Work overtime when required for projects or support needs
\n

Required Qualification

\n
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
\n
• 2-5 years of enterprise desktop or IT support experience
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
\n
• Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Ability to multitask across multiple tickets and projects
\n
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
\n

Preferred:

\n
• CompTIA A+ certification (strongly preferred)
\n
• Experience supporting enterprise or airport environments
\n
• Experience with executive/VIP support
\n
• Familiarity with basic networking and cabling
\n
