Monarch and Lion

You are the first interaction that guests have with us when they walk into the restaurant and we are looking for friendly teammates that can provide a warm welcome to all of our guests.

The host also manages the entire flow of the restaurant which in turn impacts the level of service and experience the guest receives.

Duties Include:

Can confidently manage the flow of tables to ensure guests are seated on time.
Balance tables between servers so they can provide the best experience to guests
Communicate with the team and make sure birthdays, anniversaries, allergies and special requests are taken care of.
Maintain a friendly and calm attitude
Seat guests at their tables in a friendly manner
Answer the phone and return voicemails
Keep the host stand clean and presentable at all times
Manage To-go orders and ensure the right orders are handed to guests in a friendly manner
Assist with bussing/turning tables to ensure guests are seated on time
Know the menu and all restaurant policies so you can properly answer questions that guests may have in person or on the phone
