Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and mergers and acquisitions, with a minimum of two years of experience in these areas. Duties Participate in energy and infrastructure project finance transactions. Engage in tax equity and mergers and acquisitions activities. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys. Provide legal advice and support to clients. Requirements 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience. Excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
