Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. This position oversees day-to-day marketing activities, including developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote the hotel, convention services, and amenities to leisure, group, and corporate markets. The Marketing Manager will coordinate digital and traditional marketing efforts, manage social media channels, update website content, and collaborate with sales and events teams on promotional materials and packages. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance metrics, maintaining brand consistency across all communications, managing vendor relationships, and supporting public relations initiatives. The role also involves working closely with hotel leadership to identify new market opportunities and ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning. Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising. Ability to create and manage marketing content such as website copy, promotional materials, and event collateral. Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics, track ROI, and prepare performance reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent brand voice. Proven ability to collaborate with sales, events, and operations teams in a hospitality or service-focused environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in hotel, resort, or convention center marketing is highly beneficial. Proficiency with common marketing and office tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing software, social media dashboards, Microsoft Office or equivalent).
