This position supports production operations through product assembly, paint line assistance, quality inspection, and general manufacturing duties. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. No prior experience is required — training is provided.

Your Role on the Line

Assemble products and components according to production instructions Assist with paint line operations, including hanging, masking, inspecting, and packaging parts Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Use basic hand and power tools as needed Maintain production pace and follow daily production schedules Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
