Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting on 12-hour night shifts
• Perform ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and provide post-STEMI care as needed
• Float as needed to PACU, step-down, and ED for care of holding patients
• Pass a mandatory ECG/Telemetry and Medications competency test at Day 1 orientation

• Active Massachusetts RN license required (may apply at time of offer)
• CPR certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to commit to no more than one holiday time-off request per contract
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

• CCRN certification preferred
• Experience with post-STEMI care protocols
• Familiarity with PACU, step-down, or ED environments

• Expected 72 hours biweekly, providing consistent and stable scheduling throughout the contract (on-call hours are separate and not included in this expectation)
• Winter staffing opportunity with an anticipated start date in early November
