Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Crate Tech for a full-time position in Owensville, MO. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, staying active, and ensuring products are properly prepared for shipment. The Crate Tech plays a key role in maintaining product quality and meeting shipping standards. Pay & Schedule for Crate Tech Pay rate: $15.75 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm Overtime: 6:00am–4:30pm as needed Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity Crate Tech Responsibilities Ensure all shipping materials, including boxes, labels, and packing supplies, are ready and available Clean and wipe down units prior to crating Crate and package units according to job sheet specifications Work closely with the Quality Department to resolve product issues before crating Communicate any product flaws or damage to your supervisor promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements for the Crate Tech Experience using hand tools, power tools, and packaging staplers Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday Ability to safely lift 40+ pounds Must pass a tape measure test for accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Why Penmac?
