Project Manager
Our client is a long-standing Indianapolis builder that has grown into a $100M+ general contractor by prioritizing strong relationships and focusing on work they can execute at a high level. They are strategic in the projects they pursue, maintain loyal repeat clients, and operate with well-structured, collaborative project teams. The company is financially solid and well-established, with a strong reputation throughout the Indianapolis market. All of their work is local to Indy and nearby communities such as Noblesville, Fishers, and Greenwood. 2023-2025 were record breaking years for our client. They benefit from deep repeat-client partnerships and maintain a steady, reliable backlog. Glimpse of your role:
- Lead large scale ground up projects from inception through completion
- Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $100M+ pipeline
- No hard bidding or public work

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
- Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
- Willing to look at someone with more experience for a Senior Level role
- Looking to grow pre-con/estimating department
