Glimpse of your role:

• Lead large scale ground up projects from inception through completion
• Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $100M+ pipeline
• No hard bidding or public work

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
• Willing to look at someone with more experience for a Senior Level role
• Looking to grow pre-con/estimating department

• Base salary: $110-130K, based upon experience
