Manager Information Technology Division

As an Information Technology Division Manager, you will manage caregivers within the assigned area and hold them accountable for the deliverables and standards of a high-performing team. In this role, you will promote continued education, training and professional development for department staff, communicate appropriate corporate compliance standards and procedures, supervise teams, administer performance reviews and evaluations, provide staff counseling and support professional growth. You will manage, organize and plan team activities, provide input into the department IT technology plan and ensure team goals and objectives are achieved. You will also partner with the product director and collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of work while providing feedback to support the product director in advising customer strategy for the respective services. This position carries budgetary and human resource responsibilities for the team.A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.A caregiver who excels in this role will: Supervise team(s) and administer performance reviews and evaluations, staff counseling, etc. for assigned staff.Accountable for documenting and maintaining departmental operational policies and procedures.Accountable for managing contractors as part of squads in support of financial stewardship.Responsible for budget management of team in support of financial stewardship.Lead all human resources responsibilities for assigned staff.Promote the continued education, training, and development of staff.Communicate appropriate corporate compliance standards and procedures for all employees.May deliver work solutions and deliverables as part of a squad.Support the execution of agile practices throughout squads in partnership with Domain AdvisorResponsible for overall employee engagement and professional development across respective squads.Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports.Responsible to build operating and capital budgets, review finances on a monthly basis, disclose reasons for variances to leadership, drive efficiencies in the business, and achieve all financial goals.Other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration or related field and four years of functionally related technical experience leading people, process, or technologyOR four years of functionally related technical experience leading people, process, or technology and additional two years of leading people may offset the degree requirementDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and agile to meet business objectivesDemonstrated experience with financial budget planning, managing, analysis and reportingExperience in understanding human resources practices to include recruitment and retention conflict resolution and group dynamicsLeadership skillsPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Applicable certifications within healthcare and information technology (PMP, CPHIMS)For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is preferredPhysical Requirements: This position requires frequent sitting and use of telephone and personal computer.Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations is required.The position must be available after hours for support by pager and computer dial-in.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $112,110.00Maximum Annual Salary: $170,955.00The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
