Location: U.S.-Based, Remote Position (New York or Greater Miami-area preferred) The Role Kite Hill is looking for an experienced executive leader to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team as the agency enters its next phase of growth. Position Summary Serve as a senior leader overseeing a portfolio of clients, shaping both client and agency growth Drive business development, lead proposals, and expand the client portfolio to ensure agency growth and profitability; generate new leads and contribute to the development of new revenue streams for the agency Own client relationships and lead account teams, building boardroom-level trust with C-suite clients Oversee integrated communications campaigns spanning earned, social and owned media, ensuring a cohesive strategy across all channels Ensure client satisfaction; bring a value-added approach to all issues and projects Shape client industries through influence and thought leadership, ensuring agency-client alignment at the highest level Help shape new agency offerings in AI Visibility (AEO/AI search), contributing to the evolution of Kite Hill’s service line as the industry landscape shifts Participate in setting agency-wide standards for AI ethics, compliance, and innovation, modeling effective AI adoption and positioning Kite Hill as an industry leader in AI practices Set vision for accounts and teams, modeling a culture centered on our values of agility, passion, candor, collaboration and balance Ensure that client engagements are delivered on time and on budget, managing agency resources effectively Qualifications B.A./B.S. in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field of study 12+ years of public relations/communications experience in a PR agency environment; adtech a plus Deep understanding of and passion for B2B tech, with genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a desire to be a key part of our growth Demonstrated growth mindset: eager to learn new disciplines (such as AEO/AI search), adapt strategy as the media and tech landscape shifts, and turn setbacks or client challenges into opportunities Entrepreneurial orientation, energized by building new offerings and revenue streams rather than only executing established playbooks Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to recognize AI redflags Strong media relations and strategy experience; established BtoB tech media relationships Proven ability to manage PR programs, client relationships, and cultivate external partnerships that drive a culture of excellence Strong problem-solving, analytical, budget management and business skills Experience mentoring and managing junior team members Balances big-picture strategy with operational excellence Ability to prioritize and multi-task Positive attitude and deadline-oriented Flexible work environment 401K package As an Equal Opportunity Employer, KITE HILL does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of their race, creed, color, age, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, military status, national origin or ancestry. #J-18808-Ljbffr KITE HILL PR
