Job Description
The Wait Staff - Server supports guests across casual dining, quick-service, banquet, and event environments. This role provides attentive service through buffet support and counter-assisted service while coordinating with the event coordinator, assistant manager, and restaurant manager during daily operations. With experience, servers may advance to lead server, shift supervisor, or expanded hospitality responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive guest service.
- Take and accurately relay guest orders.
- Deliver beverages and support buffet and counter-assisted service.
- Set tables and maintain clean, orderly dining areas.
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and service needs.
- Coordinate with the event coordinator, assistant manager, and restaurant manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant service experience.
- Demonstrated order accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Clear verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
