Clinical Liaison (CL), Inpatient Rehabilitation Full‑time position. How you’ll contribute Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital. Assists and coordinates intake and pre‑admission screening processes. Performs on‑site clinical judgment (typically in the referring facility) to determine appropriateness of a patient for admission. Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families, and explains expectations and requirements for participation to those deemed appropriate for admission. Secures information related to patients’ resources and benefits. Functions as the initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel, payors, and hospital facilities. What we’re looking for Applicants should have clinical licensure as an RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RT, or MSW and hold a bachelor’s degree. Additional preferred qualifications include: Previous marketing/sales experience. Previous clinical experience, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems. Formal sales training.
