Founded by a team with over 70 years of combined leadership across managed care, health-plan operations, healthcare technology, and care management, Sagara has built and scaled provider networks, operational programs, and technology platforms across the U.S. market.

NexCM is built, Sagara has established early customer traction, and the company is now moving into its next stage of commercial growth.

As Sagara scales, the company is selectively engaging senior healthcare executives, founders, operators and investors who can contribute at a board level through their experience, relationships, judgment and long-term alignment.

Sagara is looking to engage a select group of experienced healthcare leaders who can contribute to the company at a strategic and board level.

• We are seeking accomplished leaders who can add strategic value across:
• Scaling healthcare enterprises and driving commercial growth
• Building enterprise customer pipelines and strategic partnerships
• Navigating payer and provider relationships
• Advising on healthcare AI, technology, and go-to-market strategy
• Providing board governance, capital strategy, and M&A expertise

This is not an operational position.

The focus is on strategic judgment, relationships, commercial perspective and helping Sagara navigate the next stage of growth.

Healthcare AI has largely entered the market through the physician workflow.

While healthcare AI has largely focused on physician documentation, Sagara targets a vital, underserved area: care management.

NexCM is designed around the broader workflow:

Conversation and healthcare data → understanding → prioritization → documentation → human review → follow-up actions → measurable outcomes

The goal is not simply to automate note-taking.

It is to help care-management organisations move more effectively from information to action while working alongside the systems they already use.

• Executive & Corporate Leadership: Healthcare CEOs, Presidents, C-suite executives, and founders with proven experience building, scaling, or exiting healthcare organizations.
• Payer & Provider Operations: Leaders across health plans, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, ACOs, risk-bearing provider networks, and care management or population health organizations.
• Digital Health & Healthcare AI: Technology executives and innovators specializing in digital health solutions, enterprise SaaS, and AI-driven clinical workflow automation.
• Partners: Healthcare-focused private equity operating executives, venture investors, and experienced private-company board members with capital formation expertise.

Strong candidates will typically bring a combination of:
