Primary Function Manages a product line(s) within a portfolio, responsible for lifecycle performance, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional coordination. Responsibilities Own product strategy for assigned product line(s) Drive pricing, margin performance, and business case development Lead NPD projects and major product changes for assigned line(s) Manage SKU rationalization, cost‑out, and portfolio optimization Translate VOC/market feedback into product improvements and requirements Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; technical background strongly preferred 3+ years relevant experience (product management, engineering, commercial, ops) Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional work and deliver outcomes Comfort with financials (P&L drivers, margin, pricing, business cases) Product lifecycle ownership mindset (not just project management) Strong prioritization and decision‑making under ambiguity Customer engagement capability (reps, contractors, end users) Ability to influence without authority Education Bachelor's Degree We Offer Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits plans which include medical and dental insurance, company‑sponsored life insurance, retirement security savings plan, short‑ and long‑term disability programs and tuition assistance.
