JADE Solutions manufactures themed entertainment and escape-room game packages. Our work includes CNC machining, woodworking, scenic finishing, electrical effects, assembly, packaging, and shipping.

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on employee who can also lead the daily work of a small production crew.

This is not a desk-management position . Expect to spend approximately half your time actively building, finishing, assembling, or troubleshooting props and half coordinating work, training employees, checking quality, and keeping production moving.

What You’ll Do

• Build and assemble props alongside the production team.
• Lead daily huddles and assign work based on production priorities.
• Coordinate work across CNC, Finishing, FX, and Assembly.
• Monitor progress and communicate delays or material shortages early.
• Train and cross-train employees on approved processes.
• Inspect work and correct quality problems before they move downstream.
• Maintain safety, organization, attendance, and workplace standards.
• Coach employees and escalate serious issues to the Production Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on manufacturing, construction, fabrication, maintenance, or logistics experience.
• Experience leading a crew, shift, shop, or small team.
• Ability to teach skills and provide clear, respectful correction.
• Strong work ethic, organization, judgment, and accountability.
• Comfortable reading drawings, work orders, checklists, and production instructions.
• Willing and able to perform physical production work throughout the shift.

A college degree is not required.

Preferred Experience

• Working foreman, production lead, crew chief, or shift-lead experience.
• CNC, woodworking, painting, fabrication, assembly, electrical, or low-voltage work.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, or quality-control experience.

Compensation

• $26–$30 per hour , based on experience.
• Full-time, hourly position.
• Schedule: 8:00-4:30
• Benefits: PTO, sick leave, medical after 30 day probationary period
