Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Description Pay Rate: $18.50 / hr. Quality Assurance Inspector position located on-site with our client in Pomona, CA. This role assists with supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality engineering. Responsibilities Ensure the supplier is manufacturing components according to valid specifications and approved procedures from the project-related quality plan. Follow all production steps, from inspection to raw material before production starts, to final approval of the components. Clarify questions and provide advice to the suppliers regarding specifications. This includes guidance for sub-suppliers' specifications. Establish non-conformity reports and weekly meetings with the supplier; this is an ongoing process as corrective and preventive actions are needed, to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system. Benefits / Working Conditions Hours: 40 hrs/Week (2nd shift). Length: Contract (3 months). Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality engineering.
