We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical operations in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, customer service, and team management skills who is committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Currently hiring for Full Time ; 7:30 AM to 4PM shift. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a designated nursing unit.

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

• Coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Respond to resident and family concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead effectively in a fast-paced SNF environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or Unit Manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. ( PREFERRED )
