Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement therapy interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions and track progress. Manage a caseload of 12‑14 patients per day, meeting 60 visits per week. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Provide quality care across multiple clinics as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado (or pending). Outpatient experience preferred. Not accept new graduates; first‑time travelers welcome.
