Partner with store leaders and associates to achieve and exceed sales goals, monitoring progress against key performance indicators. Utilize independent judgment and discretion to lead all aspects of people management, including providing input and making decisions related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
