We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Technician who can confidently maintain, inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of residential plumbing systems
• Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners and advocate for their needs
• Install and repair faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Follow company procedures, including proper documentation and sales turnover processes when applicable
• Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
• Support and mentor apprentices to help develop their skills and professionalism
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential plumbing maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present options clearly and confidently to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage calls efficiently
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Incentives: 10% commission, service plan spiffs, and 5-star review bonuses
• Opportunities for annual wage increases and commission growth based on performance
