Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also support site operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative values with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and assigned emergency response actions within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate communication channels and documentation processes.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow post orders for screening, sign-in, and restricted area access.
• Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting maintenance and/or hazard-related concerns to site contacts, and assisting with security-related procedures during shifts, breaks, and/or operational changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
