Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Tempe $90,000 – $110,000 a year | $20,000 Signing Bonus Full‑time | Monday–Friday | No evenings or weekends | In‑person Overview Thrive Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Tempe, AZ . This role offers clinical autonomy, supportive leadership, and a sustainable weekday schedule. What We Offer

You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and lead parent training to support skill development across environments. You will use clinical expertise and data analysis to guide treatment decisions while ensuring high‑quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services. Workload & Clinical Structure Expected clinical caseload hours: 30 hours/week Client schedules are based on medical necessity, not block scheduling Strong RBT structure with in‑house training before client assignment Balanced supervision model designed to support quality over volume Skills and Qualifications Current BCBA certification (BACB required) Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Why Thrive Autism Services?
