Grand Central Wellness & Psychiatry is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial intake assessments and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.
  • Leverage telehealth platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions, ensuring continued access to care for our clients when in-person visits are not feasible.
  • Maintain up-to-date progress notes that accurately reflect client progress and treatment efficacy, adhering to established timelines.
  • Deliver counseling services in a professional manner that upholds the clinic's reputation for excellence.
  • Adhere to the service provider agreement, organizational policies, and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds and presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. As a therapist at Grand Central Wellness & Psychiatry, you will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. A culturally sensitive and compassionate approach is essential to effectively engage with and support our clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience working in clinical mental health settings.
  • Strong understanding of diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and deliver compassionate patient care.
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and medical documentation practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities to address complex client needs.
  • Familiarity with digital health technology and telehealth services.
  • Understanding of cultural competency and ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
