Workday Security Analyst

Job Description Remote from the UK - to work for an International US-based company. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience specifically in Workday Security, including HR user security, domain security, business process security, integrations security, privacy, audit, controls, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Integration security (not building integrations). Implementing Role-based security frameworks. Data security expertise. Implementing Privileged Access management. Collaboration between IT and HR teams. Implementing Workday HCM Security protocols and policies. Security related to reports, including work with RaaS reports. Handling security tickets daily with a broad experience of issues in global organizations. Strong technical documentation skills. Understanding of core HR concepts like hiring, compensation, benefits, time off, performance management, and data governance related to security, proxy, and authentication policies. Familiarity with Agile methodology. Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
