Optum is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst who will open, triage and track issues related to OCM, and partner with business, IT and CM teams to drive resolutions and enhancements. In this role you’ll use ServiceNow to update tickets, respond to users, escalate critical issues, and become a subject matter expert in OCM. You’ll perform complex analyses of command center issues and support coverage across UM ICM, PA, BH, TOC and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
