Senior ML Engineer - RL for Safe Autonomous Driving

Wayve is seeking a Senior / Staff Machine Learning Engineer to advance reinforcement learning for end-to-end driving models within the AV Core organisation. You will lead RL design from concept to large-scale experiments, work with researchers and engineers across core teams, and push for measurable improvements in driving behavior. You’ll build post‑behavior-cloning optimization methods, improve reward models, and develop robust training/experimentation pipelines using vast driving data while #J-18808-Ljbffr Wayve
