Clinical Details

Role: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
Setting: Correctional facility
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care, execute physician's orders, dispense and administer medications, perform examinations and treatments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, formulate prognosis, recommend treatments, monitor hospitalizations, ensure cleanliness, and maintain relationships with staff and providers
Call: Accept on-call status
EMR: No information provided

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Licensure: Current licensure and/or certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with training in family practice in the state of employment
Certifications: Valid driver's license
Language: Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak)
Additional: Must be at least board eligible to qualify for privileges, US Citizenship and social security card required for facility clearance
