CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

Customer Ambassador

We are hiring immediately for a full time Customer Ambassador position.

Location: Canteen - 7 Greenwood Avenue, Romeoville, IL 60446. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous customer service experience preferred.

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Job Summary

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, auditing markets, and assisting with POS/Kiosk training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Ensures stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness, and signage are current and in place.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Drives a company vehicle safely to client locations.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensures all POS/Kiosk units are properly working and assists with customer training and account set-up.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record
