Personal Injury Attorney (Spanish-Speaking)

We are working with a growing personal injury law firm seeking a Spanish-speaking attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, client interaction, and the opportunity to grow in plaintiff-side personal injury law.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)

Fluent in Spanish (spoken communication required)

No prior personal injury experience required.

What You'll Do

Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients from intake through resolution

Assist with personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence matters

Draft pleadings, demands, and settlement materials (with training and support)

Participate in negotiations with insurance carriers

Attend hearings, mediations, or court appearances as needed
