Procurement Contracts Manager

A leading construction organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Contract Manager to lead the development, negotiation, and management of supplier and subcontractor contracts. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance across all procurement activities while supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of construction procurement, contract law, and supplier relationship management, with the ability to partner closely with project teams, finance, and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of owner agreements, subcontractor agreements, change orders, amendments, and other project-related contracts. Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms to ensure alignment with company objectives while minimizing commercial and contractual risk. Partner with project management and operations teams to support contract compliance, project execution, and issue resolution. Evaluate scopes of work, contract language, insurance requirements, indemnification provisions, payment terms, and risk allocation clauses. Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, notices, and key milestones throughout project execution. Support claims management, dispute resolutions, and change order negotiations as project needs arise. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and project requirements. Collaborate with legal counsel and leadership on complex contractual matters and strategic business initiatives.
