Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday | Start time generally between 7–8am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across two clinic locations, alternating Monday/Wednesday at one site and Tuesday/Thursday at the other
• Manage a caseload consisting of approximately 50% pelvic health cases and 50% orthopedic/general PT cases
• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings with a focus on individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in orthopedic and/or general outpatient physical therapy
• Pelvic floor physical therapy experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Specialized training or certification in pelvic health physical therapy
• Comfort working across multiple clinic locations within the same week
• Experience managing a mixed caseload of pelvic health and orthopedic patients
