Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapeutic services to patients with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will support patient progress through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, and cognitive skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to improve communication.
• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and standards.
