Job Summary: As a contract Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Utilize your skills to implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapeutic Contribute to patients achieving their goals and improving their overall independence and quality of life. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist Assistant experience. (home health experience preferred). Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently. Responsive and timely communication through messaging. Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach. Requirements: Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance. A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years. Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type. Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
