This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project management professional or architect who wants more client exposure, ownership, and long-term growth potential. Unlike many organizations, this team is deeply involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial project vision and planning through occupancy and final details. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues
• Support projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy
• Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery

The Successful Applicant A successful Owner's Project Manager should have: Experience working for an Owner's Project Management firm preferred Architectural professionals interested in transitioning into project management are encouraged to apply Strong client-facing communication skills Ability to work in fast paced enviornment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive is a must Motivation to grow within the organization and take on increasing leadership responsibilities Note: PM's from General Contractors will not be considered for this position.
