Sales Ambassador

Summary Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor by offering personalized styling, product knowledge, and clienteling. The role supports store sales goals through outreach, digital tools, and collaboration with the team, while serving as an entry point for future management opportunities. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and offer personalized styling recommendations. Support sales targets by executing wardrobe strategies, outreach, and leveraging CRM and digital tools for clienteling. Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors and relationship building. Capture meaningful customer data using tools like Polo Connect to support clienteling initiatives. Maintain store visual standards and merchandising according to company guidelines. Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and team training. Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and support talent sourcing efforts. Requirements Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Comfortable operating a register and working on the sales floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock, and dressing rooms. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
